Join us for a weekly 2-hour theatre lab where you’ll explore fear as creative material while working toward an original stage performance. Guided by a professional director, actress, and writer, each session combines improvisation and rehearsal, helping you develop presence, confidence, and expressive tools on stage.
Throughout the process, our director and professional actress, Nathania, will introduce acting and performance techniques while actively directing and shaping the material created by the group. Participants’ ideas, experiences, and imagination become the foundation of the final performance.
This is a creative process, not a substitute for therapy. Fear is approached playfully and artistically—as something to explore, transform, and stage.
Everyone is welcome, from complete beginners to participants with previous theatre experience. Sessions take place in a warm, supportive environment where curiosity and play lead the way.
Come meet fear differently.
Let fear step on stage with you.

Fear of commitment?
Fear of being seen?
Fear of spiders?
In this workshop, we use theatre to look at fear without masks…
or rather, to put them on and take them off through play.
Trial session
In order to complete the group, there will be a trial session on Wednesday 14th and 21st January at Randstad Theater. Join us and see whether this production is something for you! This is a great opportunity to taste the experience of an acting lesson and meet your future colleagues. If after the trial session you would like to join the group, you can enrol to our 18 sessions production!

Get ready to perform

There is something very special about working as a group and bringing personal stories—and even fears—to life on stage. In Conversations with Fear, we explore fear as creative material, transforming anxiety, insecurities, and imagination into presence, play, and performance.
During the sessions, you’ll experiment with improvisation, writing, movement, and acting techniques. You’ll learn how to use your voice, body, and emotions to give shape to your fears, connect with others on stage, and bring your creative ideas to life. It’s not just about the final performance—it’s about learning, growing, and creating something meaningful together.
This is an incredible opportunity to take part in a collaborative theatre process and share the experience with like-minded people. The workshop is open to all levels, from complete beginners to participants with previous theatre experience. Sessions are conducted in English, in a supportive and safe space where curiosity, play, and creativity are welcomed.
Please note: this is a creative process, not a substitute for therapy. Everyone is welcome—discrimination of any kind will not be tolerated.
