Join us for a unique 2-hour session every week, where you’ll be guided through this exciting production by professional director, actor and writer Sarah Blake. Each week, Sarah will give you insights into acting techniques as she directs you, so you can develop your performance confidence while rehearsing! Everyone is welcome: beginners and participants with previous acting experience.
This season, we’ll be rehearsing a new version of Cinderella! Think you know the story of Cinderella? Think again! Our director Sarah Blake has created a version of this classic play for us. This fresh new stage adaptation brings you an intriguing twist on the classic story — and we want you to be involved! Fancy playing a Wicked Stepsister, a Fairy Godmother… or a talking mouse? Then join our ensemble — and get ready to explore these well-known characters in an entirely new way!
The sessions will be in the cozy Randstad Theatre, in the city center of The Hague! Join us and explore your acting skills!

Trial session
In order to complete the group, there will be a trial session on Sunday 24th August at Pandora Studio. Join us and see whether this production is something for you! This is a great opportunity to taste the experience of an acting lesson and meet your future colleagues. If after the trial session you would like to join the group, you can enrol to our 12 sessions production!
Get ready to perform
There is something very special about working as a group and bringing a story to life on stage. This season, we will give Cinderella a creative twist! During rehearsals, we will learn how to use our voices to project and express emotions, how to use movement and body language to bring our characters to life, and how to connect with the audience through acting. It’s not just about the final performance, it’s about learning, growing, and creating something amazing as a team.
This is an incredible opportunity to be part of a theatre production and share this experience with people like you! The activity is aimed at all levels, from people who have never done theater before to those who already have experience. The sessions are in English, and a friendly and international atmosphere is guaranteed. Pandora Studio is a safe space for all kinds of people. INTRODUCTION DAYS
FOR NEWBIES
In Pandora we have a varied group of people. Some of them already have experience in acting, and for others this will be the first time in their life.
For those working with Sarah Blake for the first time, we have organised two introductory sessions on September 2nd and 3rd from 19:00 to 21:00. These will be a great opportunity to get familiar with the basics of voice work and acting before we begin the production with the whole group!
Whether you would like to try a small role or explore how it is to be the main character, this experience is for you! Join us a for a unique journey full of joy and excitement.

TWO GROUPS
After the trial, you will be able to choose between the two available schedules. The two groups will have a mix of current participants and new participants, and will perform separately. Each group will have a maximum of 11 participants.
INTRODUCTION DAYS FOR NEWBIES (mandatory for the new ones)
September 2nd and 3rd 19.00-21.00
All of the new members from Group A and Group B will have two sessions of 2h to learn basics such as voice and acting technique. (Together)
LOCATION
The introduction days, normal sessions and performance will take place at Randstadt Theatre, in the city center of The Hague.
