Theater Production: Blood Wedding - Federico García Lorca
Stage acting course in The Hague! From November until April. Weekly sessions. Trial sessions on Wednesday 21 and 28 October and Sunday 1st. 2 Final shows on April 16 and 17 or 18 (tbc).
Join us for this theatre production, where we bring to life Federico García Lorca’s haunting and poetic tragedy about love, desire, family and fate. One of Spain’s most celebrated poets and playwrights, Lorca combines beautiful poetic language with powerful characters and intense emotional conflict, creating a play filled with passion, tension and unforgettable imagery.
This 60-hour course will cover two terms — in the first term, we'll start working on acting techniques and exercises to build a good actor's foundation. We’ll also get to know Lorca's work and explore the characters, relationships and themes of the play. In the second term, we’ll prepare the play and focus on scene and character work, culminating in a live theatre performance where we will bring Lorca's work to life.
Join this production with experienced professional actor and director Lucia Alvargonzalez, who will guide you through rehearsals and teach you professional acting techniques to develop your character, and also introduce you to Federico Garcia Lorca's work and life.

Trial sessions
In order to complete the group, there will be a trial session on Wednesdays 21st & 28th of October from 19.00 until 21.00 at Randstad Theater or November 1st from 15.00 until 17.00 at Pandora Studio. Join us and see whether this production is something for you! This is a great opportunity to taste the experience of an acting lesson and meet your future colleagues.
